NCADV Responds to New Proposed Rules from HUD and HHS

New proposed rules from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) put countless victims and survivors at risk by allowing healthcare providers to deny critical medical care to transgender people and permitting  homeless shelters to refuse to house them.
