On Wednesday, November 7nd at 1:00 PM EST, Collaborative Solutions will join NCADV to share insights from the recently launched Rural Safe Housing Institute (RSHI), a technical assistance pilot project focused on the housing needs of domestic and sexual violence survivors living in rural communities. The goal of the RSHI is to create systemic change that leads to increased safe and affordable housing options for survivors in rural communities. A key objective of this project is to address the need for domestic violence providers to help survivors navigate the homeless/housing system and the need for homeless/housing providers to respond to the nuanced housing and safety needs of survivors.

Officer-Involved Domestic Violence (OIDV)

In this 90-minute webinar you will hear from:

On Thursday, December 6th at 1:00 PM EST, a panel of subject-matter experts will join NCADV for a webinar to address the impact of Officer-Involved Domestic Violence (OIDV), and the unique challenges encountered by victims of batterers who are police officers. We will explore this issue from a variety of perspectives, including: survivors of officer-involved domestic violence, as well as what the issue looks like from the prosecutorial and law enforcement lenses.
